Secret Golden Flower (“we,” “us,” or “our”) builds custom websites and integrated ticketing for theaters. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit sgf.theater or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form we receive your name, email address, and the message you send. We use this only to reply to your inquiry.
- Analytics data. If you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies on your device and collects aggregate information about your visit (pages viewed, approximate location based on a truncated IP, device and browser type, referring site).
- Bot-protection data. Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which performs a privacy-preserving check to verify you are not a bot. Turnstile does not use tracking cookies.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps short-term request logs containing IP address, user-agent, and timestamp, used for security and reliability.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide our services.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not run advertising or share data with ad networks.
Cookies and your choices
We use Google Consent Mode v2. Analytics cookies are denied by default until you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you choose Decline, no analytics cookies are stored and Google Analytics will not track your visit. You can revoke a previous choice at any time by clearing site data for sgf.theater in your browser settings, which will cause the banner to reappear on your next visit.
Service providers we use
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and bot protection (Turnstile).
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregate site analytics, with IP anonymization enabled and loaded only after you grant consent.
- Resend — delivery of emails sent from our contact form.
Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policies. Some are based in the United States and your data may be transferred there.
Data retention
We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, then archive or delete them. Google Analytics retains user-level data for up to 14 months by default. Server logs are kept for a short rolling window for security purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at office@sgf.theater.
Children
Our site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices change. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on this page.
