A fair comparison
Know the commitment before the overture.
SGF publishes its own rates so you can see the complete commitment before work begins: custom website design and launch, ticketing, managed hosting, ongoing care, and any separately scoped work.
SGF rates at a glance
Rates follow how your house sells the room: open seating, or assigned seats drawn on a venue map. Every theater begins with a scope review covering its venue, calendar, seat maps, migration needs, launch timing, and marketing support. Your written proposal confirms the exact scope and cost.

When the calculated rate applies
When a month’s calculated ticketing fees clear the minimum for your seating model, that calculated amount becomes the SGF service charge.

Third-party processing, refunds, taxes, the custom website build, and any scoped marketing work are not folded into this example.
The agreement
A five-year partnership.
The relationship covers the custom website, integrated ticketing, launch support, hosting, maintenance, and the agreed ongoing scope.
Why a five-year partnership?
Building your venue’s website and ticketing takes real commitment from us: infrastructure, hands-on launch support, and ongoing care. We want partners who value the relationship the same way. If we fail to deliver what we promised, the agreement includes a no-penalty exit.
What if I am already on another ticketing platform?
We review the exports available from your current provider, including customer data, gift cards, and scheduled shows, then document what can be migrated before work begins. The rollover plan is part of the project scope, not an opening-night surprise.
Do you add fees on top of my ticket prices?
No. SGF’s published ticketing fee comes out of ticket revenue at the agreed rate. Your patrons pay the ticket price you set, with no SGF booking fee or surcharge added at checkout.
What does the partnership include after launch?
Hosting, maintenance, security updates, agreed seasonal content changes, and a real person who knows the system and the house. Exact ongoing scope is documented before the partnership begins.
